‘Change Climate’ Channel 4

Studio Ashåy was commissioned to create a 5-metre pair of pants for Channel 4’s ‘Change Climate’ series.
“At Studio Ashåy, we understand the significance of sustainability. It is a part of how we create our collections. My design process starts with a list of questions about sustainability, we eliminate all unsustainable materials by removing unnecessary elastic and creating considered pieces using organic materials where we can.”
“As a fashion atelier, we go against the grain. We aren’t tied to creating any amount of collections per year. Adding new designs in line with our core values, we create our garments in-house in our open plan studio. We want our customers to see where their garments were created, so they can be appreciated and treasured for years to come. As we keep growing, we aim to adapt to become as sustainable as possible.”
