Delivery & returns

We are a small design studio making pieces to order, so please make sure you read the below concerning delivery and returns as it does differ from what you may be used to. If you have any questions, please do get in touch with the studio.

Delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail using a trackable signed-for service. Once your order has been received we’ll be in touch to confirm details and let you know how long you can expect to wait for your order to be made. As a general rule, this usually takes 4 weeks, but can sometimes be quicker.

Returns

As all of our garments are hand made to order, we do not currently offer refunds. In some cases we can accept an exchange or store credit if the item is in perfect condition, but this is on a case by case basis and is to be agreed with us within 14 days of receiving your order.
